| Quality guarantee system is operated by IS9001: 2000 standard in order to decrease defective, discrepancy and extravagant. As for the system improvement, product quality, delivery time, good price, golden service and required needs will meet customer’s requirements. Five issues are regulated as below . 1.Project Confirmation Marketing CFT Conference is for discussing, analyzing, calculating customer mentioned requirements and expectations. 2.DRD (design, research, develop) DFMEA was made and designed according to the designation evaluation of CFT group to prognosticate the potential defect possibility and design drawings for sample approval feasibility test and also to find out the specialties of the products. 3.R&D Procession R&D Department make PFMEA according to the designation drawings to prognosticate the potential defect during the manufacturing process and also make the rough technique to make the samples and producing flowing chart, draw the layout plan of the workshop and also to find out the specialties of the products. 4.Order Confirmation Production Department make trial production according to the trial control plan and perform the PPK analysis for the particular specialty of the product as well as perform MSA analysis. Finally send the produced parts to the customer for approval according to the Produced parts approval program. 5. Feedback and Measures Continue to improving, decreasing discrepancies, satisfying with customer. |
